Q: Hi Mikael! I'm loving the Boston series. I noticed that the first edition of Eyes of Others is different than the second. What happened? Thanks for the great reads and keep writing! -- Chris Y.

A:  The Eyes of Others was meant to be a standalone novel. That's why Boston was killed off in the story. Readers began telling me that he was a compelling character and they wish they could read more. I agreed. There was a lot more of his story to tell, so the rewrite "tweaked" the ending, in addition to adding some layers of complexity to the original novel. I think the re-write is better. I hope you agree!

Q: I love Boston's character! The explanation on how he can see memories in dreams is so believable! You seemed to have a good grasp on the medical science. Is this something that has been researched or is it made up! I'm looking forward to reading more! - Vanessa L.

A: Hi Vanessa, I did spent an obscene amount of time researching sleep cycles, brain chemistry, and trauma. I can't categorically state that this isn't being researched, but the hypothisis Tara offers is completely made up. It's pure fiction, although I thought it sounded plausible, and I'm glad you agree!
